3. Payment
Registration fees should be paid using the official payment details shown after submitting the application. Applicants are encouraged to use their application code as the payment reference to make confirmation faster.
4. Team Information
The manager or applicant is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, including team names, phone number, academy or town, and selected category. Incorrect details may delay confirmation.
5. Tournament Conduct
All participating teams, coaches, players, and supporters are expected to maintain discipline, respect match officials, and follow tournament rules. The organizing committee reserves the right to take action where conduct affects the tournament environment.
6. Changes & Communication
The organizers may communicate updates regarding fixtures, payment confirmation, reporting time, or tournament adjustments using the contact details submitted during registration.
7. Acceptance
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions on behalf of your team or academy.
